Hi! JKT Culinary Project made it to the iconic dessert place at Jakarta. It's Union Deli! From the moment they're opened, they're always packed with people and often people had to wait to be seated. It's because the place was designed really well, make people feel comfortable and cozy.
Here's the drink list for drinks that contain alcohol. They had many selection of different alcohol but they also have non-alcoholic drinks too.
Red Velvet Cake - 60k
Here's the trademark of Union, people always said that Union's red velvet is the best. I agree with it because it taste a bit different with other red velvet cake. The crumble taste a bit salty and sweet too, the saltiness came from crushed peanuts, so in love with the crumble. However, I need more cream cheese!
Praline Cake - 70k
Calling for all chocolate lovers! you guys will definitely love this cake because the chocolate is not too sweet it has a little taste of bitter. At the bottom of the cake there's a thin layer of chocolate crust. The cake is coated with chocolate ganache.
Nastar Crumble Cake - 60k
The taste is so much better than it looks! This is my most favourite cake out of this 3 cake. Cake is so spongy and airy, there's pineapple jam layer between the cakes and it tastes so delicious. Combination of sweet and a bit sour. Completed with Nastar crumble that has sweet and a bit of saltiness. Full of flavour and makes me don't wanna stop eating it!
Earl Grey Coffee - 55k
It's unique when you mix a variant of tea with coffee, but unexpectedly it blends really good. Earl grey tea that has strong smell and coffee that has do the same doesn't neutralised the smell of earl grey. We also still got the taste of the earl grey. You should try it and tell me whether you like it or not!
Union never disappoint me with their taste but they have to improve their presentation! I'll rate them 9 out of 10! the highest score so far, do you think the same? stay tune with JKTCULINARYPROJECT!
